Introduction

Obesity a growing problem in our country and the world.over the past 20 years the obesity rate in america has increased signifigantly. i personally deal with obesity in my family i know many friends that do as well. i found out my grandfather is dying from kidney failure because he cant put down the food and stop eating himself to death. so to me this is a personal matter. in the next 10 years if this problem is not adressed head on with the full intent to end it more than half our population will be over weight.
